GERMAN ARMY SOLDIERS ATLAS 1941 Soldaten-Atlas, published by the Wehrmacht High command. Cover says "for use inside the Wehrmacht only." Published for the soldiers at the front to inform them about the ongoing war. 32 pages of maps of Germany and Europe as it was shaped by the German forces in late 1941, NSDAP administrative structure of Germany, maps of the German WW2 campaigns prior to the invasion of Russia (Poland, Norway, France, Balkans) and explanation of the changing European map, several maps of the Soviet Union as published after the start of operation Barbarossa, about half of the pages in colour. Many charts of population, farming and industrial production. Maps of lost German colonies, maps of the invasion of Poland, Norway, Denmark, Holland, Belgium, France, Yugoslavia and Greece plus maps of racial groups of Europe and the world. One light fold down the middle otherwise in a very good condition

MAP OF GREATER BERLIN by Georg Westermann, dated around 1939, it is early WW2 period as Kaiser Wilhelm Strasse (at the end of Unter den Linden boulevard) has not been renamed Adolf Hitler Strasse (wartime) or from 1946 Liebknecht Strasse. About 6ft x 4ft open, 32 individual pages which have been mounted onto a full linen back, folds down neatly, excellent condition to map side with minor marks, folds or tears, front and back cover are a little grubby with age. A rare item
